You get the chance to learn hands-on skills in workplaces with a variety of apprenticeship opportunities.

We are also the home of Meat Training Australia (MTA), a specialist meat training centre endorsed by the State Government.

Our trainers work with you to customise a program to suit you and your employer.

All of our training programs are delivered on-site. Trainers operate from purpose-built learning centres located on-site at processing plants and on-site in retail butcher shops across Victoria and South Australia.

We are devoted to providing industry-relevant training to all of our butchers, bakers, patissiers and chefs.

Our expert trainers encourage you to master traditional methods and try innovative techniques which will leave you fully equipped for working in the industry.
