Course Overview

Balayage is a highlighting technique that hand-paints colour directly onto the hair, creating a more natural, blended look that doesn't use foils.

This workshop, using demonstration and practical hands-on instruction, is hosted by Belinda Keeley. You will gain tips and advice on saturation control, brush stroke techniques, toning, trouble shooting and client building.

The course fee includes a Belinda Keeley paint box kit and a QR code for further access to education tutorials, valued at $150 RRP.

Course Requirements
For this course, you will need to:

  • provide photo ID to the trainer on the day of the course
  • bring a pen and paper
  • wear casual, dark-coloured clothing, and bring gloves and an apron
  • provide a mannequin with hair that is bob length or longer
  • bring sectioning clips and a tail comb
  • bring blow-waving equipment, tongs or a flat iron.

How do I pay for the short course?
