A desire to start in the workforce lead Sonny to a cabinet making apprenticeship.

/ Success Story
I was sort of getting sick of school so I decided to ask around at local businesses to see if they were taking on any apprentices.

We knew someone in the building team at Bryan and Peterson but they didn’t have any apprenticeships going at the time but about a month later I got a call from their cabinet making team saying they were looking to employ an apprentice.

I came out and did a weeks work and then stayed on and started an apprenticeship. The work is good fun and I do a bit of everything. I could be in the shed on the CNC or out on site doing an installation.

Trade school has been great and Steve is an awesome teacher with a good group of people. A lot of things we learn carry over into our workplace.
