/ Coronavirus Student Updates
Yesterday, the Victorian Government announced an easing of lockdown restrictions in regional Victoria from 11.59 pm tonight.
COVID 19 Update

What this means for SWTAFE students

We plan to start resuming business operations on-site from tomorrow Friday 4 June, and will be following the new directives under the revised regional Victoria restrictions:

  • A return to the classroom will be dependent on the course. We have listed these below outlining those that will remain off-site as virtual classrooms, and those that are returning to campus
  • When attending any campus, masks must be worn indoors by all. Face masks must be fitted covering both your nose and mouth, a fitted snood or gaiter can be worn if it covers both your nose and mouth.
  • The QR code sign-in/sign-out process remains in place for students and visitors
Contact tracing is critical to the control of outbreaks so we remind all students to ensure daily adherence to this important process
  • There are still some restrictions in the cafeteria and public areas – please be mindful of social distancing and continue with good hand hygiene
