Why Disability Transition Programs

We offer a number of dedicated programs and our classes are small, friendly and supportive. Our experienced teachers can give you the extra help you may need in the transition from a secondary school environment into the workplace or in developing living skills to become more independent and involved in the community.

Our courses offer you accredited training, qualified and caring teachers, daily access to technology and small class sizes with the support you need. You can prepare yourself for employment with our Work Education course which can help you get ready for the workforce with project-based activities, work experience, personal development and transition planning.

Our Transition Education course focusses on improving your skills for life in the community and will help develop your passions and interests. We can support the development of your literacy, numeracy, computer and social skills which will give you increased options in your daily life and greater opportunities for involvement in your community.
