SWTAFE continues to operate

South West TAFE student holidays will be brought forward to now commence on the evening of Tuesday 24th March instead of Friday 27th March (or as soon as practical for any students undertaking exams).
CEO Mark Fidge said this means business will continue as normal for SWTAFE staff and this time will be utilised for staff to work on plans for a potential transition to remote or flexible learning.
Staff will continue to operate within campuses with the appropriate social distancing rules and hygiene practices already implemented across all campuses.
“TAFE services across Victoria are continuing and staff will use the holidays to focus on planning and preparing for adjustments for potential remote or flexible learning,” Mr Fidge said.
