Timetable The course is delivered over three days. One, seven-hour class learning about hygienic practices for food safety. Followed by two, three-hour classes (three weeks apart) learning about safe food handling practices.
The course includes on-campus classes and online, self-directed study.
There is an additional expectation that you will consolidate your learning through practicing skills in the workplace, reading, researching and reviewing resources.
