• VET Delivered to Secondary Students (VETDSS)

Our nationally recognised courses are aligned with current industry standards and workplace expectations. Students graduate with the practical skills, confidence, and experience employers are looking for.

Book a service at Pure Academy

The Pure Academy Salon is open to the public during Victorian school terms, giving students valuable hands-on experience while providing clients with quality hair and beauty services at affordable prices.

Opening hours

Salon: Monday to Thursday, 9.00am – 3.30pm
Hair: Monday to Wednesday
Beauty: Monday to Thursday (available treatments vary throughout the year based on student training requirements)

Students and staff receive a 20% discount on treatments. 

If your preferred service isn't currently available, we'll add your details to our waitlist and contact you when appointments become available.

Before you book

As a student training salon:

• Services are performed by students under the supervision of qualified teachers.
• Treatments are offered at reduced prices and may take longer than those in a commercial salon.
• Available services change throughout the year as students progress through their training.
• Hair and Beauty appointments are managed separately and cannot always be scheduled back-to-back.

We appreciate your patience and support as our students build their confidence and industry skills.

Pure Academy operates during Victorian school terms only and is closed on Fridays, weekends and school holidays. Please check out our social media for current services available.
